Our Dedicated Customer Service Team
As a valued customer your first point of contact with Active Nottingham Leisure Centres will be with our dedicated customer services team. We are highly motivated to assist you and get it right first time.
You can contact us Monday to Friday from 8:00 until 20:30 and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 until 13:00.
Our aims are to:
- Make It Happen: We are here to help you, to make your customer journey a better one. We aim to get it right first time. We ask in return that you be patient with us and treat us as you would like to be treated.
- Make it Easy: There is a variety of ways to contact us, by phone on 0115 8761600, by email at sportandleisure@nottinghamcity,gov.uk , by Social Media on Facebook or Twitter (insert social media links here), we will handle your information with discretion and respect your privacy. We ask in return for you to keep us up to date with any changes to your information and for your patience if we ask for information.
- Make it Better: We rely on your feedback to improve our services, you may be asked for feedback occasionally. You asked for more online access to information and we have been able to provide this. What we ask in return is an accurate and up to date email and contact phone number.

We are a team with specialist knowledge across all 8 Nottingham City Council Leisure Centres. We can help you with membership enquiries, book your favourite activities and classes, answer general questions, process invoices for regular facility hire bookings, set up and manage your direct debit payments and much more.
