What is it?
Body Attack is a simple and effective high intensity group work out class, suitable for all levels of fitness. Designed to improve cardiovascular strength, in both upper and lower body muscles, it's a great class to take for increasing general fitness, with a focus on improved stamina.
What do I need?
- A bottle of water
- A towel to wipe off your sweat
- Comfortable footwear
- Comfortable clothing
