What is it?

Body Conditioning is a top to toe conditioning class, designed to help you improve strength, fitness, muscle tone and overall fitness, with a particular focus on training the body for high intensity workouts. 

What do I need?

  • A bottle of water
  • A towel to wipe off your sweat
  • Comfortable footwear
  • Comfortable clothing

Looking to prepare your body for some high intensity training or fitness? Body Conditioning is a unique class, ready to help you improve your stamina and strength, conditioning your muscles for a powerful workout.
