A class designed to help retain and improve whole body motor abilities, using body-weight exercises such as squats, push ups and plank to increase strength, speed, power and endurance.

Body Weight Training classes are perfect for anyone looking to improve their strength and stamina, whilst increasing their general motor performance. This includes improved balance and agility, helping you to feel more alert and energised in between classes.
