What is it?

Our Group Cycling sessions start from beginner to intermediate levels of cycling, and we coordinate the cycling programme with a high-intensity music-based workout.

What do I need?

A bottle of water, a towel, and comfortable footwear and clothing. You can also bring any cycling accessories you may want e.g. a padded seat.

Is it for me?

We can offer beginner classes, intermediate level classes and express 30 minute classes – all designed to help you improve on your cycling skills. Our group programmes are also great for helping you improve your speed, balance, stamina and rhythm as we help you keep fit to music, and work on your cycling proficiency.
