What is it?
This is a fun and social class, ready to help new mums get back into shape after having their baby. We offer a gentle, beginner-friendly workout focus on high and low impact moves, to help tone bums, tums and thighs.
What do I need?
- A bottle of water
- A towel to wipe off your sweat
- Comfortable footwear
- Comfortable clothing
Is it for me?
If you're a new mum, looking to gain back control of your body through fitness, this is a gentle but fun workout to help improve energy levels and toning, to help you feel like you again.

Where can I take this class?
