What is it?
This is a fun and social class, ready to help new mums get back into shape after having their baby. We offer a gentle, beginner-friendly workout focus on high and low impact moves, to help tone bums, tums and thighs.
What do I need?

Is it for me?
If you're a new mum, looking to gain back control of your body through fitness, this is a gentle but fun workout to help improve energy levels and toning, to help you feel like you again.
We've marked this class as a Level 1 at our Leisure Centres, so if you want to help build your back up after your baby, come along to see what our Mother + Baby class can do for you.
