What is it?

The ultimate core-strengthening exercise class, Pole Fitness is designed to help you use sturdy floor poles to engage in a full body workout, using resistance training and cardio to improve strength, balance, rhythm and toning. 

What do I need?

  • A bottle of water
  • A towel to wipe off your sweat
  • Comfortable footwear (you may be asked to remove your footwear and socks)
  • Comfortable clothing
