Our Step classes are energetic classes, for all levels of fitness ability, designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance, incorporating upper and lower body movements helping agility and coordination.

Is it for me?
This class is great for beginners, experts and intermediates of Step exercise and fitness. A fun, high-energy and enduring class regime to help you increase leg and ankle strength, with a focus on the lower limbs, helping to boost energy around the body.
This is a Level 2 marked class at our Leisure Centres, and can offer a supported fitness routine for everyone who takes part. So if you're looking for a much-needed energy boost in your fitness regime, why not come along to see the benefits for yourself!
