What is it?
TRX or Total Resistance Exercise utilises the equipment and your bodyweight to deliver high level training. The class develops not only strength and your core, but also flexibility and balance.
What do I need?

Is it for me?
This class is marked as a level 2 at our Leisure Centres. By engaging in a wide range of suspension exercises, you will activate your core and train your balance.
